A rustic style apartment in a historic house in the very heart of the Old Town.
Built in 1775, it is one of the oldest buildings in Tartu, located around the corner from main building of Tartu University.
All of the sights are within a few minute walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded with cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. Both of the windows are facing the courtyard so it is always quiet. The entrance is through a peaceful garden with a table and a swinging bench, where you can drink coffee or read.
In the bedroom there is a big bed, closet. In the living room you will find two sofas, a flatscreen TV with many channels, a fireplace and an antique cupboard.
In the kitchen there is everything you should need to cook a nice meal: quality equipment and kitchenware. We offer our guests free honey, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, oatmeal and even cookies!!

Moodne ja hubane 2-toaline ühe magmis- ja ühe elutoaga korter kesklinnas 2 min. kaugusel Kavartali kaubanduskeskusest ja V-Spaast. Peamised vaatamisväärsussed nagu Emajõgi, teater Vanemuine ja vanalinn on mõne minuti kaugusel. Tasuta parkimiskoht hoovis.
Magamistuba - Magamistoas on mahukas garderoob ja 2 inimese voodi koos mugava madratsi ning kvaliteetsete patjade ja voodipesuga.
Elutoas on lameekraaniga televiisor paljude kanalitega, lisaks on olemas suur täitse uus diivan-voodi, kuhu mahub magada mugavalt 2 inimest. Söögitoas on laud 4 tooliga.
Köök on varustatud kõige vajalikuga gurmeepeo kujundamiseks: tipptasemel tehnika, külmkapp, kvaliteetsed lauahõbe, kööginõud, pliit, mikrolaineahi, veekeetja, kohvimasin jne.
Pakume tasuta kohvi, koort, teed, mett, suhkrut, soola, vürtse, õlisid, kuivatatud puuvilju, kaerahelbeid ja küpsiseid!
